Register for KCIS 2022*

  • General Registration Rate: $400.00 CAD (For all general registrants including CAF members)

  • US DoD Registration Rate: $400.00 CAD (For U.S. DoD personnel only.)

  • Full Time Student Registration Rate: $50.00 CAD (Valid student IDs will be required at sign-in at the conference. Conference dinner is extra.)

  • **Online/Streaming Access Registration Rate: $150.00 CAD (Attend the conference sessions remotely on a secure virtual platform, participate in the Q&A. (Does not include the opening evening or the conference dinner))

    **You must be able to access an open internet to stream.

*Note: If your workplace maintains a firewall (D1 or other) please be aware that you may have difficulty registering. If this is the case, it is recommended that you register from a personal computer on a home network.

  • Photo ID will be required to receive registration credentials at the Venue.

    General and US DoD registration includes all conference events and meals. Student registration does not include the conference dinner, but may be purchased at time of registration.

    There are no “partial” or “day” rates for registration.

    Refunds & Substitution

    Registration fees are non-refundable, however substitution of registrants is permitted. Please notify us by September 23, 2022 if you wish to arrange for a substitute on your registration.

    Recording

    KCIS 2022 will be recorded and will be freely accessible on the KCIS YouTube Channel indefinitely for public consumption and research purposes. Clips may also be used in advertising or for promotional use.

    By attending KCIS 2022 you are consenting to being recorded, and waive any rights to compensation for video or stills in which you may appear.

    Anti-harassment policy

    KCIS values maintaining an environment free of, and will not tolerate, Harassment, Discrimination and Reprisal. This includes Harassment and Discrimination based on race, gender identity, ancestry, gender expression, place of origin, age, colour, record of offences (employment only), ethnic origin, marital status, citizenship, family status, creed, sexual orientation, sex, and disability. Conference participants seen violating this policy will be asked to leave the conference venue, without a refund and at the discretion of the organizing committee.

Parking: For guests staying at the Holiday Inn there is a $24.00CAD/Night parking option. Those visiting and not staying at the hotel, the hotel parking is $3.00CAD/Hour for a max $24.00/Day.
